Ich konnte eben auf einem #Google #Pixel 3 XL mit #LineageOS 22 (also #Android 15) die #DKB App installieren, einrichten und nutzen. Und das, obwohl das Smartphone ohne #googleplayservices oder entsprechende Ersatzdienste wie #gapps installiert ist. Ich bin sprachlos. Auf #GrapheneOS habe ich für die App immer extra einen user mit #GoogleDienste geklickt, weil ich dachte, dass #BankingApps die #playintegrityapi benötigen.

Today I noticed that WhatsApp started using the Google Play Integrity API on GrapheneOS. I understand that banking apps use it to try to protect me, but I doubt that Meta has good intentions when WhatsApp uses the integrity API to interrogate my phone.

Is Meta creating a database of Android users who have a non-standard Android version?
