#Burning handsplitted large spruce wood chunk on high temperatures in the #oven. Barely went through the oven door. Gave cozy warmth.

The image shows a burning log inside a wood-fired ove. The log is large and partially charred, glowing intensely with deep red and orange hues. The surface of the wood has deep cracks, revealing the embers inside.
There are smaller chunks of burning embers around the log, radiating a soft red and purple glow. A faint blue flame is visible near the top of the log, which often occurs when certain gases from the wood burn at high temperatures. The background consists of firebrick walls, which are slightly illuminated by the heat. The entire scene has a warm and rustic ambiance, reminiscent of traditional wood-burning ovens or fireplaces.

PS: This amount of #burning wood is enough for the first #fire.
Unfortunately, I added far more wood afterwards.

9. December 2023: Plastered #oven sideview. Added an iron support frame propping up the abutment stones on both sides. Iron wrapped in high temperature insulation wool fixed with stainless steel cable ties.
Cracks in the fireclay bricks reclosed (after widen the opened cracks).

The old lid of the plaster opening fits like a glove on the new opening and is well sealed.

PS: It would probalby have been better to leave the wooden frame support in the oven until finished work.
