Day 1 at @djangoconeurope surrounded by nice people, unicorn balloons, and smells of the morning fry-up nearby (now I'm also hungee 😆).

I'm so excited to be at my first #djangoconeurope. Welcome to all guests to Dublin! 👋☘️

I'm on the Code of Conduct team and running #DjangoGirls Dublin workshop this year.

I'm also happy to talk about @europython @pyladiesdub @ThePSF - I've many hats on this week.

Anyone else from @pythonie
here?

My personal goal this year is to rebuild the @pyladies_vancouver community. We've been dormant after the pandemic, and it's been a struggle to even just find a venue to meet.

I'm proud to host our meetup yesterday. Good turnout and lots of enthusiasm from our members. We all needed this community, and wanted to see it continue to grow.

Check out my slide deck re-introducing what #PyLadiesVancouver is all about, and happy International Women's Day

Great news! PyLadies Vancouver is now on Open Collective!

Even greater news, our first meetup of 2025 has just been scheduled. Let's celebrate International Women's Day with the Vancouver PyLadies community.

👋 Hi all #Python enthusiasts!
I'm looking for someone who has time now to conduct a review of a piece of software for Journal of Open Source Software (JOSS). Details are here:
github.com/openjournals/joss-r
The review process is quite simple - you get a checklist and you run some tests. It's all open, on GitHub.
