I have read a lot of bad reviews about it, have some issues already been resolved?
The 120FPS bug is solved already.
The other problems as for example missing text and the incompatibility between the versions exists still.

The incompatibility is not a bug, from what I've seen.
You migrate the data and then your legacy save state is only accessible from the Enhanced Edition.
Or did I misunderstand something?
I understand it so, too. The migration is a point of no return atm which is sad.
Hopefully Rockstar finds a way to avoid that.
I think many gamers would be less angry if the versions would be compatible.
