@schestowitz after 30 years without needing one I finally got my full driving licence and bought a car last month.
Of course I got exactly the same magazine on passing my test aimed at 17 year olds (even the examiner thought this was funny given that I am in my 40s) and it was *full* with adverts for insurance with trackers
my own quotes also had them but there wasn't much saving in cost compared to a non tracked policy (I suspect its different for younger people who have less money anyway)

@schestowitz to be fair if I lived in Manchester (or still lived in London) I wouldn't feel I needed to..
