Had to run out a few hours ago and do some emergency car jacking in the dark. After I realized the jack stands I put under after taking the wheels of earlier were sinking into the mud...

@uthark Hah, had that problem when doing emergency car repairs in our barn, which has earth for a floor. The jack was on a plank, but the axle stands were sinking in as soon as they got loaded. Had to find more planks :)

The wood chips are great, we have some now as garden walkways and we had them for two years in the village chicken run. The chickens also love them. More entertaining than mud and insects to peck between.
