As a member of previous generations, and feeling ok with home studio format, coming back to an industrial building with a plethora of rehearsal rooms, to work with other people makes me feel comfortable.

It's like a kind of real life internet version with lots of people interacting together. Like a real life version of forums, social networks and message apps. :)
