Heading for 18 days strike in Feb and March in the demoralised, contradictory, not yet finished HE sector. #ucuRISING . I just finished reading the Adam Kay book #ThisIsGoingToHurt which I heartily recommend, especially if you only saw the TV series. Like most people in the UK I have close relatives who work in the #NHS and on one of my strike days maybe I'll link up with them, or NHS workers nearby. If you can't do that, the book suggests we ask anyone we know working in the NHS how they are.
