The Peace Corps has a virtual presence in Ukraine.
Perhaps that could be expanded in areas which would help train Ukrainian women for vital jobs more quickly.

Speaker Mike Johnson survived an attempt to oust him by nutjob Marjorie Taylor Greene.
The way I see it, Democrats propped him up this time in return for letting aid to Ukraine come to a vote and pass in the House of Representatives.
Saving Ukraine is easily worth having Johnson as a figurehead speaker for a few more months.

US voters who live in congressional districts won by the GOP in 2022 but which voted for Biden in 2020 have a disproportionate amount of political leverage to help get Ukraine aid passed in the House.
If you live in one of these districts, contact your reps and insist that they pass the aid package.
It's useful to say that Ronald Reagan would be dismayed by inaction which helps the Evil Empire.

The problem is that the Trump lickspittles who control the US House of Representatives are perfectly fine with remaking the world – in a very bad way.
Pro-Ukraine NGOs in Eastern Europe should do more outreach to their diasporas in the US. Pressure from voters in swing districts on GOP Representatives in an election year would be more effective than warnings from foreign leaders.
