Nach fast zwei Wochen Pause das Manuskript wieder öffnen fühlt sich auch irgendwie seltsam an.
Die Pause entstand, weil ich nicht in Stimmung und emotional deutlich zu erschöpft war, allerdings ist mir aufgefallen, dass ich die Szenenlängen womöglich anpassen muss, was bedeutet, dass ich jetzt nicht weiterschreibe, sondern die jeweiligen Kapitel nochmal von Anfang an durchgehe, um zu schauen, ob hier und da nicht doch etwas ausführlicher werden sollte, damit es runder wird.

Welp, I got less done on Wandering City in Novemeber than I was trying for, but I did still get some good work in on it.
I started out the month at 2,851 words, ending the month at 10,405, resulting in a net gain of 7,554. Aiming for 30k words (1k a day) was probably a bit ambitious, and given the terrifying results of the election at the beginning of the month, the fact that I got any writing done anyway was good in and of itself.
Now, I did get other writing done during the month, but I didn't track any of it because it was for Emperor or personal fluff for my OCs I write in that setting. I had hoped to keep myself focused on Wandering City, but my swiss cheese brain didn't cooperate with that at times. Writing on projects other than my goal is still better than not writing at all, so I will call it a win on that front.
I think I'll go ahead and put the same goal in for Dec of 1k a day, and see how far I can get this month too.

Okay. So I got nearly 800 words in on Wandering City today. Set my goal for the month to try for 1k words a day, but I'm going to be gentle with myself, and any writing a day counts as a win. We'll see how far I can get in a month.
